Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a musical family. The music she grew up with was classic and old boleros, along with classic romantic songs and the Ranchero style. Ana is a lover of tangos, opera, and every form of dramatic performances. She began singing and learning the piano with her mom, and commenced more serious training in singing when she was 16 under the renown Mexican tenor Flavio Becerra. In Guadalajara, she attended the School of Music of University of Guadalajara before moving on to Toluca in the School of Sacred Music. When she was a student, and a young professional, she was a part of various chamber groups as well as opera choirs in Guadalajara and Mexico City. After moving from Mexico to America in 2000, she performed in the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. She is currently performing traditional Latin American songs at private occasions as a soloist. Alongside being an active performer as well as an instructor and instructor, her passion for art and music has her engaged in a wide range of projects. Ana was also a former member of Community Chorus of Redlands as well as The Inland Master Chorale and Performance Loft. Ana is grateful for being able to share her passion and passion of old-fashioned Latin American songs with others, and in doing so hopes to instill a sense of particularly among the younger generation, to help keep the music alive and alive.Viva Mexico!
